Note Book Module
A logbook that allows
the user to record any interaction they have with a customer. |
Sales personnel
must keep track of a multitude of different types of information.
In addition to making contacts, they are responsible for
knowing product specifications; they are involved in projects,
and have a host of other actions that involve managing
information. SalesStrat has provided a section of the
Notebook for these issues. The user can save documents
or upload information about a variety of topics.
It may also be helpful to store and retrieve information
concerning your competitors. When a customer asks you
to justify a feature or benefit of your product, it may
be helpful to access facts about your competitor’s
offerings for comparative purposes. This information is
often not as readily available as information about your
own products and services. For this purpose, SalesStrat
includes a Competitor folder in the Notebook module that
provides a storage area for information regarding competitors.
This information can also be shared among other SalesStrat
users within the organization if the user’s company
has purchased a networked version of the software package.
