An electronic address
book that allows the user to store, sort and retrieve
contact information, while providing the foundation for
developing effective sales strategies. |
The Contacts
module is the foundation of the SalesStrat program. Information
on each customer contact is entered here and exported
to the other modules, providing consistency and data sharing
through out the program.
Some of the features of the Contacts module are listed
below:
- Filter records by account.
- Store records in different folders—add, edit,
delete folders—to keep track of different data.
- Keep personal records separate from business records.
Quick search through records alphabetically.
- Fields are customizable—up to 40 custom fields
available.
- Add notes, link images and documents to each contact
record.
- Records can be imported from other software programs,
including Goldmine, Sidekick, Outlook, Maximizer and
Act!
