SALESSTRAT has over 20
sales tools integrated into the 13 program modules. The
modules are split into two groups: Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) and Sales Solutions. These two groups
can be accessed by the tabs on the left program toolbar.
Within the CRM tab are six modules: Contacts:
in addition to an address book, this module allows the
user to link files to a contact for quick retrieval and
keep notes on each person.
Customer Relationship Management: helps the user
to build stronger relationships by outlining each contact’s
needs and interests, as well as develop plans to help
contacts accomplish their objectives. Contact
Management: allows the user to document each interaction
with a customer in order to prepare for and keep track
of time spent with each account. Notebook:
allows the user to record and retrieve notes on any topic.
Calendar: provides
four views that allow the user to record different events
such as appointments, calls, To Do lists and action items.
Email: an integrated
email program that allows SalesStrat to do it all –
manage customer relationships, map out strategies, and
communicate with clients. |
