Database |
 Another
learning tool is the Sample Database. Sample data was
entered into each module, representative of the type of
information and analysis tools that can be accessed using
the program. The user can get a feel for the entire program,
without having to invest the time in entering all their
own data.
To open the Sample Database, open the Tools menu and select
Database. This opens a dialog box where the user will
initially find two files, one of which is the Sample database.
Select this file and click Open to view. |
